Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before booking?
Not at all. Many people arrive with a sense that something feels off or misaligned, but they are not sure why. That is completely okay. The discovery call is there to explore what is present for you and to guide you gently from there.

Is this therapy or counselling?
​
N. coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health care.
Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or managing mental health conditions. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It supports clarity, growth, and intentional change.
My work is rooted in presence, deep listening, and intuitive guidance. Coaching is a collaborative and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. It helps you reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters most, and take aligned steps toward the life you want to live.
While we may occasionally reflect on the past, we do so only when it serves your growth in the present.

What if I have done lots of inner work already?
That is welcome. This space often attracts people who have done deep work and still feel something is missing. This is where we drop beneath the doing, and return to the quiet, steady place within you.

Are sessions held online or in person?

All coaching sessions are currently held online via Google Meet, offering flexibility and accessibility from anywhere.
I’m based mostly in London, so if you're local and interested in meeting in person, feel free to reach out. We can explore that option together.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your unique goals, needs, and pace.
Some clients come for just a few sessions to gain clarity around a specific issue, while others choose to work together on a longer-term basis for deeper transformation and continued support.
